Process Camera and Lightning System
Our principle offers a unique Camera & Light Vision System designed to illuminate the interior of a pressure or process vessel through a single connection, eliminating the need for multiple ports. Our integrally mounted camera and optional light can be supplied in flanged, sanitary, or NPT threaded process connections. Analog or Ethernet CCD cameras provide real-time views inside the tank under process conditions.
Utilizing OEM's fused glass technology, our system ensures a safe, high-pressure, high-temperature, hermetic fused glass barrier between the process and camera electronics. The key component of our Camera & Light Vision Systems is the Light, which utilizes fiber optic light guides to focus cool, effective light into the vessel without adding heat to the process.
Our systems come with worldwide approvals and are available in various models rated up to 10,000 PSI (690 bar) and temperatures up to 2000°F (1090°C). Featuring high-resolution CCD cameras with Ethernet or analog output, our systems offer both black and white or color models.
